She has also had many years of experience in the acquisition and financing of affordable single family housing and multifamily rental housing. She has represented single family housing developers and developers of multifamily housing.

Debbie has also represented clients in the acquisition of performing and non-performing loan portfolios including loans secured by mortgages. Debbie' current practice areas with EA include public finance, real estate, corporate law and commercial lending.
