Michell Feanny, is an associate with EA. Michell graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2000. Michell concentrates her practice in the areas of municipal bond finance, corporate and commercial law and works directly with Debbie. Since joining EA in February, 2001 Michell has assisted Debbie in the preparation of documents for the issuance of bonds for the Miami-Dade Expressway Authority, Miami-Dade County, Florida, and the Florida Housing Finance Corporation. Michell has represented clients in asset purchase deals, commercial document preparation and lease negotiations. Michell provides on-going legal support to EA's corporate clients and assists Debbie in the representation of EA's governmental clients.

Michell is also a title insurance agent for the Fund. Michell is licensed to practice in the State of Florida.
