Maida Pena our real estate paralegal, has extensive experience in the processing, closing and post closing of residential and commercial loans and properties. She supervises the closing process and is ably assisted by other members of staff.

Maida orders title searches and researches title issues, encumbrances and liens revealed on the title search report. She also prepares title commitments and title policies. Maida ensures that everything is in order prior to sending it to the attorneys for review.

Maida's skill and experience allows her to do much of the preliminary title work, thus reducing the attorney time spent on a file which creates savings to our clients as paralegal time is billed at a much lower rate.

She is fluent in the writing and speaking of Spanish which enables us to provide complete and comprehensive services to South Florida's Latin Community.
